I have found interesting scenario in the UK. In the hotel restaurant, if its ranking is three stars or less, you can find almost all waitresses working in restaurant. If the hotel ranking is four stars or above, you will hardly find female waitress in hotel restaurant. I wonder the reason. Is woman less effective or classics in four star hotel? I don't think so. Or, is this scenario just to proof more female guests eating in higher classics restaurants than male? If so, probably, it is the fact.
