Wine boy 酒保

I have great chance to stay in Hotel for one month, as I benefited from my job relocation. I have my dinner in the hotel restaurant almost weekday evenings. Interestingly, before the starter, always one experienced man or boy comes to ask all guest for wine. As I am Buddhist and not drink wine, when the wine boy approaches me, he seems disappointed and walks away for other guest. As time goes, the shift has changed and changed, none of female wine girl does same job. I am interested in why? There is many female work in Pubs. Why female don't sell wine in hotel restaurant? Good Luck. If I buy a hotel, maybe, I will create the difference. I believe female can sell more wine as their smiles are more sex than male sometimes or mostly.
