
Today is the traditional Chinese dragon boat racing festival in Hong Kong and China. During day time, people will often gather around river bank or sea front to watch dragon boat racing. During evening, family members will together have traditional dumpling meal. The dumpling is made by glutinous rice, pork or fruit stuffed and wrapped by bamboo leaves. This tradition has 5000-year history. My friends sent greeting to me. But I feel sad as no atmosphere in the UK to calibrate this festival. I feel home sick and dying for this lovely dumpling and watching dragon boat racing in Tolu Harbour in Tai Pu.
