I have participated a supermarket survey in the UK. One question is which newspaper I read daily. It is interesting. I don't buy newspaper in either Hong Kong and UK, because too much unnecessary news & gossip made up the large portion. So, I stopped to buy newspaper in HK 10 years ago. But, I do read newspaper everyday. My husband reads local newspaper called EDP (Eastern Daily Press) which is mainly Norfolk news. I don't read it almost. Only just, when I was in Hong Kong, I read it via Internet as I was isolated from my England home and worried about my husband. Wherever I am in HK or UK, the news through http://www.google.com.hk/ and the radio from http://www.rthk.org.hk/ are always the priority for me. My friends laugh me not being a British yet and ask me why I live here. I wish I would get away from this country. I am a wild goose whatever I am, Hong Kong, always, is my beloved destination. The song of a wild goose in the sky by Alan Tam is my favourite. Every time, I hear it, I just want to fly back to HK. I am here is only for my husband and my family. Hong Kong is my local place forever.
